This notice explains how RTRN Ltd ("RTRN", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through our pre-launch landing page at rtrn.so. We keep this short and plain. A fuller privacy policy will follow when the product launches.
RTRN Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. RTRN is the data controller for the personal data described below. Full company details will be added here shortly.
At this stage, the only personal data we collect is your email address, submitted voluntarily through our early-access signup form.
We use your email address to send you updates about RTRN's launch, including our Kickstarter campaign and early-access availability. We do not use it for anything else.
Our lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Email addresses are stored and processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider. Kit acts as a data processor on our behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third parties.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or until RTRN ceases to operate, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email we send.
